Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs
• Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and setting up displays
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Provide product knowledge to customers and answer any questions they may have
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Enforce loss prevention measures to ensure the security of our products

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required
• Basic math skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
