Gift & Gather

Gift and Gather is located in the charming town of Occoquan, Virginia.  Situated about 30 miles south of Washington, DC, this historic 18th-century town is now a haven for art studios, restaurants, and numerous small boutiques. Situated right next to the Occoquan River, our town is the perfect day trip for those wanting to shop small as well as for those interested in spending the day on the water.

Usa Leckenby founded Gift and Gather in November 2017  to support the local DC Metro artist community. Showcasing these small independent makers is what makes Gift and Gather so unique where you’ll find a variety of items to include jewelry, pottery, stationery, clothing, and so much more.


Gift and Gather is also the flagship store for Pure Palette, a soy candle company using natural essential oils and safe phthalates-free fragrance oils to create unique botanical fragrances.    Gift and Gather prides itself on our sense of community.
