About our maker: 

Ryan J. Greenheck received his Master of Fine Arts degree from SUNY College of Ceramics at Alfred University in 2004 and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2002. Over the past 12 years, he has been a professor at several academic institutions including The University of Pennsylvania and Temple’s Tyler School of Art. Ryan is currently involved with a number of projects, which currently fall under his business title, Greenheck Ceramics. He is an advocate for the field of Studio Art Pottery worldwide and is a full time practicing studio potter based in Spring City, PA.
