PapThis rhyming book is meant to engage the reader and child in planning a picnic. Once you get to the last page (see photo), the two of you can plan which of the listed items you can add to the basket that you had put together as you read the book. You can either stick to the book or go beyond and plan your own grand picnic adventure. And when you are done reading, maybe you'll feel like going on an actual picnic! This is a standard-sized board book and is suitable for children up to 3.5-4, because the more their language skills progress, the more engaged they become in the experience of reading and planning the picnic. Also great for language learners!
